I cannot log into huntandjump on any other device

I can only access my account on my phone after doing the premium upgrade. If I try and login on my computer, it is saying my account doesn't exist, and it cannot send an email with a password reset. The only reason I can get to this one is because I have the password saved in my Google account. Please help. I hate to have spent real money on this to be locked out now. :(

Forgetting your password is not a bug but I am happy to help. If you send me a forum PM I can work with you to recover your password. :)Need to contact me? Read this first. I sometimes get busy and miss things. If your private message, question, etc. gets missed please ping me so I can follow up with you. I am also always happy to explain or clarify. (HAJ does not have a customer service email, please send me a forum message! )

I cannot send you a pm. And I get a fatal error when I try and reset my password. I know my password. I'm logging onto server 2, this happened after I upgraded to the premium account. I've tried to pm, but it's not working.

Actually, if it's saved to your Google account you can go find it at google.accounts. :) I've forgotten passwords way too often. :P

I haven't forgotten it. I know it. I can't log into my account anywhere but on my phone where it's saved. I get a fatal error when I try. It says my account doesn't exist.

That's why I tried to reset it. The. It tells me my email address doesn't exist on the server.

We got it worked out. It was a Google issue. If anyone else runs across this, please check your blocked website addresses.
Google security blocked the address to the site and locked me out of the game. Once I added the web address to my safe list I could log in again.Thanked by 1Ammit
