Transferring things

I am trying to figure out a legal way to combine my free account with my basic account without getting in trouble. I have no way of earning the IVs to merge accounts, so I think I am going to make both accounts premium.
If both accounts are premium, am I allowed to transfer money or sell horses to myself then?Home of the Valley Warmbloods.
