Basic upgrade not working?

So I have a basic upgrade that doesn't expire until June but it is no longer working. What do I do?

What part isn't working, Alexa? Your page shows that you have a Basic Upgrade, and you have the Primary Barn stalls for a Basic Upgrade?

Do a hard log out, and then log back into the game. That usually solves issues with upgrades.Producer of Volcanic Glass Drafts. Lapisobsidianus.

It wouldn't let me access the pages that are restricted to basic upgrade, but it is working again so I'm not sure what happened. But thank you for the advice

Your upgrade was not active. Logging out and in forces it to activate.Need to contact me? Read this first. Only send me a PM for PayPal issues or if I ask you to. Otherwise, make a forum post. You will get a better faster answer by making a post.
