    Does snowflake still cost 10 gmts for a lined horse? I have this girl bred from a hom snf and het snf and was wondering if I could GMT her to hom snf

    It's only 1 gmt to add a gene to a lined horse that it missed getting from a parent.

    Here's what it says
    "Your horse has the ? allele for this Snowflake gene.
    Snowflake is an untestable gene. You will always see the option to modify on an untestable gene but will only be charged if that horse does not already have that gene. No edits are available for this gene."

    I've only done a few edits but never with untestable genes

    Did you try to add snowflake with the left button or the right button? You need to use the one on the right, since that is the one for the heterozygous dam's genes. Since the sire is homozygous, the the right side button would not have any available edits.
    Breeding high quality Sheldasen horses. Liver chestnut, DP mushroom, and rose gray riding horses. Dun cobs with all the patterns. Watercolor, Wrong Warp and ice on mixed body types.

    I have tried both sides. I also tried on a stallion from 2 heterozygous parents and couldn't get either button to work.

    I don't believe you can add the missed snowflake gene in the GMT lab; I think it's only set up to add the gene to foundations.
