PF Plus Boost (1%) Equals Expro?

    If you start with a horse of PF quality and add a 1% boost.Does the horse then become Expro quality?
    Since the horse went up a paper level.C to B.

    I think ex pros are 105% breeding ability. PF with 1% boost should be 101%.
