Also, a horse put up for sale on the public boards is for sale to everyone who wants to buy it. You can't put conditions on the sale or say that only a certain person can buy it or anything like that.

Eastern, it is against the rules to sell a horse to get an 'upgrade' service then buy it back. If you want to sell him back that's fine, but I wouldn't suggest using the tack pack item on him.

It's actually not against the rules, but it is pointless. It would just vanish again. Like I said you can't add it for people who don't own it.
