To sell or keep? That is the question!

I have these two studs. They are my lower pointed B papered studs. I have 2 more higher pointed studs and a A papered stud foal. I don't know if I should sell these guys. I have no more room for any show horses. Should I sell them or keep them as backup.

If you won't use them as studs, either because you don't like them or because you have other studs you just like better, then there's no point in keeping them as studs. If you think you could replace them with better show horses then I'd do so.Thanked by 1Alohomora

If you're on the fence about them and your stalls are limited, definitely sell! Great stallions are SO easy to find on this game, as are low stud fees. You will get more bang for your buck with a breeding mare or a great show horse in their place.Looking for Appaloosas? Check out my Riata account.
You matter to me!
You are valued, you are important, and you are loved! ❤️ -
Points mean nothing in comparison to breeding ability. Good breeders can be sore losers.

One of the best breeders I ever had was a money sink, he wracked up an amazing amount of awards but by god was he pants when it came to getting those sweet sweet points. When something came along which was better than him (and also was slightly shinier) he was retired from breeding.
If you can afford it comparison test them against your other boys, and keep the best ones. If they're all equal then just pick whichever is your favourite.#4519
