Pastures acting weird

So I bred a bunch of mares in pasture a few minutes ago and had the same thing happen that was happening with shows earlier in the month. I had 28 breedable mares in the pasture, I clicked "Breed All Pastures" and the usual note came up.
Your pasture horses have bred. Check your email!
28 mares found to breed
Email previously sent, can not send again this season.
What's strange is the pasture status was set as
You have 13 breedable mares in your pastures
Sure enough I scrolled through my pasture mares and some had been left unbred. Another click bred the rest of them. The stallion was not out of breedings so I know that wasn't the reason. Do you guys have any idea what may causing this or should I move to "Bugs" to Ammit can check it out? -
