    It depends on your upgrade. Premium upgrades can start at 4 A.M. I'm not sure when Basic upgrades start, since I have the former, but it's probably sometime in the afternoon.

    And don't feel badly about not knowing. It's a new method this game year, and there have been some bugs in the time notifications, though Ammit has worked to correct those that were brought to her attention.

    I have a level 3 upgrade as i can paper stallions and mares. But it doesnt tell me when i can breed .-.

    I checked your public page. You now have a Basic Upgrade (Ammit recently condensed all the upgrade levels into two.). According to the recently posted Breeding Info, Basic Upgrade players can start breeding at 1 PM today.
