I have been wondering this for a long time but what is the order system for papering (lowest to highest)?

For mares:
Yellow --> Red --> Blue --> Gold
For stallions:
C --> B --> A --> *StarID# 25784 -
Technically its:
Failed—Yellow—Red—Blue—*Gold
