I bought the watercolor gene and didn't get it

I'm not sure what to do I bought the water color gene for this mare two days ago and posted her in the announcements after I paid for the gene but never got it. Then I wrote Ammit and got no reply did anyone else have this problem or is Ammit on vaccination?

Did you request plaid as well? Or did you get plaid instead of watercolour?

No I bought plaid with GMT but then I bought water color threw pay pal but didn't get water colorThanked by 1kintara

If you follow all the instructions it will go through correctly. (It was sent personal and the url was wrong not like the examples). Or if you want to wait till next week I am going to make it way easier to do with just a button click. It is a pain for everyone to send them manually. :DNeed to contact me? Read this first.
