Upgrade question

If I buy a one year upgrade on, at example, January 1st 2018 at 1:00 PM, when it end? January 1st 2019 at midnight, January 2nd at midnight or January 1st 2019 at 1:00 PM?
I mean, is it exactly one year counted with hours and minutes or it ends at the daily game reroll?understand the significance of signatures -
