New background help

I designed a new background for HAJ horses and I just would like to know if submitting such a image is possible. Should I send it to Ammit or there is someone who does all the graphic stuff?
Plus, the background is an edited photo that belongs to me, how to prove that I didn't stole that photo?understand the significance of signatures -
