    How do you do this? And I only have a basic upgrade, is this only available to premium?

    You cannot create your own chat room, but if the person you are selling the horse to has a premium upgrade, you would be able to put the horse for sale in that chat room.

    If your buyer doesn't have a premium upgrade, I would be willing to serve as your agent, buying the horse from you in my chat room and then passing it on for the same price to your buyer.
