They aren't selling because you have them listed for more then they are worth. Everyone has foals to get rid off right now. Foals with that PT score are really only worth 2500 hbs. Which you can get much faster if you put them in the auction house. :)

If you do want to sell them for that much you will need to train and show them for a few years and get a show points on them.
