Top Notch Producer vs. Exceptional Producer

What is the difference? Is one better then the other?

I would think it's the same as a Perfect foundation vs. Exceptional. Exceptional would basically be a Top Notch Producer with a boost. So, to answer your question the exceptional producer would be better.Thanked by 1Foxwood

Top notch is perfect (100%) breeding ability. Exceptional is above perfect (105%, if I remember right).#28036
