I think Available to Adopt has been putting them up as they have time. I don't think all have been listed, yet.

If there were so few that they would all be gone in under a day, I don't think we would have been invited to take 3. My guess is there are plenty more. In fact, there are 9 pages of 17+ horses that have the AtA tattoo, they just haven't been listed as 'for sale', yet.
