First Tattoo!
  • I did my first tattoo, and I was wondering what you guys thought of it! I'm not artistic, so it could definitely look better :)) It's supposed to say JK

  • It looks really good! Especially for your first one. Nice job!

Always willing to help. Licensed for everything. Specialize in Liver Chestnuts, Chocolate Palominos, Sabino, Tobiano. But I breed everything except Frame
    She/her
  • Very nice. If you plan to put your tattoos on the horse rather than in the corner, simple works best. The white outline around the black is a great way to make it show up on all colors.
Breeding high quality Sheldasen horses. Liver chestnut, DP mushroom, and rose gray riding horses. Dun cobs with all the patterns. Watercolor, Wrong Warp and ice on mixed body types.
    Stable ID 88
  • Good work!

  • Thank you everyone! It looks good on black horses, but I think it looks a little weird on a white horse :-/

  • 10/10 would leave on a purchased horse.
    Player formerly known as "shad0cat".
  • Thank you everyone! Does anyone have any suggestions to make it better, or should I start putting it on all my horses?
  • I like it! I would start using it for all your kids for sure!
  • Is there a rule for tattoos? Like, should I put them on all my horses, or only the ones I bred?
  • I really like it and I think it looks good on white or Dark horses nice work!
  • What does JK stand for if you don't mind me asking
  • There are no rules. Your call on how you want to use it. You can put it on anything you own.
  • My own practice, and it's just my own, is to use my stable tattoo on horses I have created or bred, the latter regardless of the origin of their parents. I also make it a habit to leave stable tattoos of other players on horses I acquire from them. This is not a rule of the game, it's just how I play.

In HaJ1, I only put my stable tattoo on horses I create and foals whose parents are both of my breeding. I have a tattoo for "imported" horses that I try to remember to use, but often forget, especially when I'm pressed for time.

@StarfireAcres, they're my initials ahaha, but it also stands for just kidding
  • It looks great!

Like others said there arent any rules!

I put my stable tattoo on all of my horses I create, breed, and own.

And I have tattoos that are for specific lines/genes. :)
  • I love it! And you can tell what it says without any problems!

  • Yay, I went and put it on all my horses! :)
  • I also love keeping breeder tattoos on horses when I buy them. It's fun to remember where they came from.
