You can edit tattoo images in the tattoo registry (list on the right side of your stable home page). For actual help creating a tattoo you will need to ask actual artistic people!

Once you create the tattoo, you apply it from the bottom of the tack page on each individual horse or in the Bulk Stable Managment section at the bottom of each barn page.

New foals won't show their tattoos till they turn 2 just so you know :)

Thanks for all the help guys! I am definitely not the artistic one in my family so next step is finding somebody who is good at making tattoos :))
