That will really depend on his paper level, whether or not he's consistent, and if he has any other desirable genes besides KP. The 2G het KP studs that don't achieve a better paper level than their sires only go for about 4-5k, and anything inconsistent won't sell for very much either. The 2G het KP colts that paper where they should and are consistent with good PT scores will sell for much more. Consistent 2G A papered het KP colts seem to sell for anywhere between 10k-30k depending on if they have any other rare or uncommon genes. They are also worth a bit more if they have 2 Kit genes. In order to really assess your colt's value, he'd need to be color tested, PT tested, and papered. It's hard to assess his value otherwise, since there is a huge range in sale prices for het KP colts.

I don't usually have a problem selling B papered, consistsent, superior to sire het KP Colts for around 15-25k.
