This mare is dark for no sooty

This mare looks very dark for no sooty does she have DP maybe I'm not sure or would she be liver if she had DP?

If she had DP and no SSty, her color would not be liver, a red based horse needs at least three darkening genes to be identified as "liver", meaning either DPDP SStyS or DPdp SstySsty, or homozygous for all four.
I wish I could help you with this particular mare, but im really bad at spotting it with lightening genes! Her tail does seem a little dark, but not too off. -
