For Straws:
Go To Adv. Facilities
Adv.Breeding Lab
- you will see a list of all you studs
-hit collect straw

To Receive Straws from other players:
Go to Stable Home
It will be in your notifications (where if someone bought your horse the message is)
Hit the link to accept the straw

To Use a Straw: Way #1
Go to Adv. Breeding Lab
You must have the straw collected
Go to Use a straw
Select the mare and straw that you want to use, name your foal and hit create foal

To Use a Straw: Way #2
Open the mares tab that you want to use
Go to Control Panel
Hit In House Breeding
Then use the second option that says Use A Straw
Select the straw, name the foal and breed


Now I don't know about eggs but that is my knowledge on straws.
