Odd Error Message

I have occasionally been getting an odd error message when checking out previously unviewed 2 year olds from last year's pasture breeding. These are foals for whom no image has yet been generated and whose page has not yet been accessed.
The error message references a line from the tack manager programming and exceeding a 30 second time limit. It seems odd to me that the tack manager would be involved in this first viewing of the horse's page.
