How do i get tattoos

So I want to put a tattoo on my horse, or even better how do I make and get tattoos.

First you need at least a basic upgrade. Then, you access the tattoo manager at the stable home to make it. Tattoos are placed and removed from a horse on their tack page.Producer of Volcanic Glass Drafts. Lapisobsidianus.
