HGG Community Forums

Sometimes, when I try to access the forum, I get this error message:
"Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 104857600 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 81 bytes) in /home/hj2hunta/public_html/forum/library/database/class.dataset.php on line 147"

At first it was rare and I could refresh and it would go away, but in the last day or so I have hardly been able to access the forum at all. I have tried restarting my browser and switching hardware (laptop to phone) which occasionally works but mostly doesn't. Is this an error on the HJ2 end or on my end? I am using Chrome as a browser if that's relevant.
