How should I do his coat?

    I have this black liver guy and am wondering if I should add Hom Pearl to him or leave him het pearl as a black liver? I really can't decide I'd love everyone's choice what should I do? What will look better? thank you :) image

    He's very handsome, so I'd leave him het pearl! I love pearls but, if I were you, I'd keep him a pearl carrier. I think if you went the hom pearl route, you might lose some of the definition and contrast in the brindle.

    I think the contrast with the light and dark he has right now is quite stunning and lets us see the clouds from the splash m and kp better, but you know your breeding program. I would just leave him be for the eye candy factor.
    All into high quality black based primitive duns and bootstraps.

    Yes I think so to I love his color right now but I also love pearl coats too. But if I leave him het pearl he can make black liver babies and hom pearl babies and chocolate palomino pearl babies so he can make all three of those coats as het pearl if I made him hom pearl he could only make 2 of those coats being hom pearl and chocolate palomino pearl babies so I think ill leave him het
