So here are all my horses, I have a few in mind that I will keep, however I am going to cull or sell the rest.

Well first off, you have several mares that haven't gone through basic Breeding Advice. I'd start there to make sure that any horses you keep for breeding are actually of a quality that deserves to be bred.

What are you looking for with your breeding program - do you have any particular genes you want to breed?
