Do studs go "out of style"

    In recent seasons my studs have brought in a lot of money but this season they sold a very little amount of coverings and some of them didn't sell any at all. It's almost like this season everybody lost interest in them, so I was wondering if certain colors and genes go out of fashion?

    I imagine like anything studs would go in and out of style. That and a lot get their own studs now :)

    Most definitely. Just like with anything else there are "trends" on this game. If your stud doesn't have the trending genes he will be used a lot less
