Image problem

I have two horses that do not have an image. I tried going to their tack box and "removing all tack and tattoos" even though no tack was showing for them. This resulted in a fatal error message that begins

I just rerolled them and the images popped up.Need to contact me? Read this first. Only send me a PM for PayPal issues or if I ask you to. Otherwise, make a forum post. You will get a better faster answer by making a post.
