When does the "year" change?

In other words, when do my current yearlings turn two years old (and more importantly, have to be out of the pasture?
The 15th of the month? -
1st of every month Out of the pasture BEFORE the 28th.Need to contact me? Read this first. Only send me a PM for PayPal issues or if I ask you to. Otherwise, make a forum post. You will get a better faster answer by making a post.
