    Go to your stable page by clicking on Stable Home on the left. Then it will be a little blue/green link saying Tattoo Registry on the right under the heading Upgrade Features. You have to have a tattoo slot purchased already or an empty one to do it.

    Tattoos are an upgrade feature. You have to have at least the Basic Upgrade to use them.

    You can purchase horses that have tattoos, but you can't manipulate them.
