Where Is Auction Bid Manager?

I can't seem to find the auction bid manager. I am basic upgraded so as far as I know I do have the feature. Just can't seem to find it! Thanks :)Owner Of Bellwether Farm

Stable Home page, right side list of links, towards the bottom. Unless you are going to bid on horses I've put bids in on, in which case it doesn't exist, she completely removed it from the game! :P
