You will get a 'paycheck' every Sunday morning, based on the level of upgrade you have. The best way, though, is to have lots of show horses (older, proven spayed and gelded horses) who can earn you points in horse shows. Here are a few links I share a lot with new players, there is information in there about showing bonuses.
