Can't Breed?

I am a basic upgrade member, which I believe says that we can breed after noon of the 2nd? On the pasture pages it says breeding will reopen on the 5th. Shows all my mares available and ready to go, but no button to push and no foals? Anything I'm missing or misunderstanding?ID# 24891
