So, I was looking through the FAQ and I read about the Foundation Rescue, in which you can get a perfect foundation for 2750 HB. Is this a real thing? Where is it?

Do a search for horses for sale by owner 13

Yes, when doing a search just type the number 13 in the box for "owner id number"

Yes it's real! All horses sold by the foundation rescue are guaranteed to be perfect foundations which mean they have great showing and breeding ability. They are a great start to a new members herd. To find the horses for sale you search for horses for sale owned by owner ID 13. Here is a link to show you.

Are foundation Rescue horses rescued by Ammit out of the auctions ?

Effectively, yes, although I'm fairly sure that she has programed the foundation rescue account to automatically save the perfect foundations from the auction, rather than her having to sort out them personally.
