Inbreeding?

    What are everyone's thoughts on inbreeding? Would it turn you off purchasing a horse at all? Do you personally avoid it? Frowned upon?

    Nope. I have lots of linebred horses.
    Some people dont like it and some people dont mind it at all

    I would like to avoid it, but with a goal of roughly two stallions per generation... And horses inbred on Dark Pearl's line are favored because he's dark pearl. I don't particularly like it, but I don't put much effort into avoiding it either.
    All into high quality black based primitive duns and bootstraps.

    Generally I try to avoid doing it just for aesthetic reasons personally. It wont put me off buying a horse and I've inbred a few of my own before. So really not that big of a deal but I'd prefer them not to be.

    It doesn't worry me too much, but I do mostly avoid inbreeding. It may put me off buying something if it was completely inbred with the same two horses all through the pedigree
