Have you gleened out the ones that you don't want to breed for in color, size or anything else that makes you "not" like the colt? I would do that first before comp testing, of course after doing all the free testing. Then I check for size, bone or color. But try to make it as easy on yourself as you can. There are going to be more foals next season, and definitely more colts, so snip away at what you don't want!

Quickly did the math and at 8k a peice that's 42 colts. I'd go through and do a few more sweeps.

I've only comparison tested 5 foals (which isn't good) simply because the price is so steep
