Height and bone limits

Does anyone know what the limits are for height and weight? Tallest, shortest, lightest, and heaviest horses possible. Not just currently out there but possible to breed.

The height and bone weight is a relatively new addition to the game. So I don't know if anyone knows what the absolute limit is. There is a chance that we could assume the limit has been reached and then next month someone could breed a foal that beats it. I think only Ammit would know for sure.
The highest bone I found in HJ2 so far is 3.65 lowest is 0.51.
Tallest I found in HJ2 so far is 18.0 shortest is 12.0.
