Luster Dust?

I purchased a mare I thought was so pretty. I was changing her "tack" and when the portrait was rerolled, her pretty colors disappeared. *Tear* Is there a way to get her Luster Dust back?

You have to buy the tack pack. It's under the IV shop but I'm not sure what it costs. I think 10 IVs?

There's two luster dust packs which cost 75 IVs each. And there's also the holofoil pack which costs 250 IVs.
