Cause I've got some beachfront property in Arazona, and a barn full of expensive little geldings that failed their comparison testing.

Also a few superior to sire stallions that I'm going to offer for sale. They'd be fantastic for a newer player who wants a quality benchmark base their second gens on. Cost covers pricing, but if it's prohibitive just message me and we'll work something out.

Have this one to start, will probably add more (and a few mares) as I go through them.
