If you look under the table "Upgrades and Extras" and select "Upgrade with Game Money".

You then go to IV Shopping.

Then scroll down to "Merge Another Account With This One". There you will find this description:

"Using Iv's you can merge two accounts you own together. When you merge an account it is like the account you are currently logged into purchases all the horses and assets of the second account. Merging will move all of the horses, cash, Iv's, upgrades, barns and straws you might own from the selected account and move them into this one. The base cost of 14 IV's pays for the basic transfer and a new 30 stall barn to put the transfered horses in. Moving barns will add to the price of the merger. Trophies and stable show records will not merge."
