How do you block someone?

I've never actually done it! But I'm getting a little sick of new players ignoring stallion rules, I know it's not their fault initially but some keep ignoring it even once told. Not just with my stallion, most public stallions up at a reasonable fee have new players breeding to them with foundation mares. So I might start blocking a few so I can put some of my stallions up for others. Thanks for any help!

On the right side of the Stable Home page the 3rd link down is "My Blocked Member List."Breeding high quality Sheldasen horses. Liver chestnut, DP mushroom, and rose gray riding horses. Dun cobs with all the patterns. Watercolor, Wrong Warp and ice on mixed body types.
