Tattoo Remove I Need Help!

I need someone to help me fined out how to remove a tattoo from my stallion please, but I don't have an upgrade so can I do this?

Check on his control page to see if there is a tattoo management button on the bottom. That should let you do it.All into high quality black based primitive duns and bootstraps.
